    Travel grants awarded to PhD fellows at CBS LAW

    Our two PhD Fellows, Louise Fjord Kjærsgaard and Mark Ørberg have received respectively DKK 250,000 and DKK 125,000 in travel grants from the Chamber of Commerce’s support fund, administrated by Dansk Erhverv.

    The PolSEA project

    As part of the PolSEA project, central actors from the maritime industry was invited to a roundtable meeting at University of Southern Denmark about maritime law enforcement – specifically legal and security challenges. Amongst the invited was Kim Østergaard from CBS LAW.

    Professor Peter Koerver Schmidt and PhD student Louise Fjord Kjærsgaard have published an article with the following title "Allocation of the Right to Tax Income from Digital Intermediary Platforms - Challenges and Possibilities for Taxation in the Jurisdiction of the User" in Nordic Journal of Commercial Law.
