    Associate professor publishes new article

    Henrik Andersen, associate professor at CBS LAW, has published a new article "India- Solar Cells and Mexico - Taxes on Soft Drinks: Multilevel Rule of Law Challenges in the Interpretation of Art. XX (d) of GATT 1994 in WTO Case Law".

    Operation X

    Professor Søren Friis Hansen from CBS LAW, participated as Expert in the Danish programme Operation X "Den ustoppelige bedrager" (The unstoppable deceiver). Both episodes (part one and two) were aired the week before Easter, however, they can still be found on TV2 play.

    Assistant professor presents paper

    Maria José Schmidt-Kessen presented the paper "ODR in Brazil and Europe - Success or Failure" with her co-authors Rafaela Nogueira (FGV Direito Rio) and Marta Cantero (Cunef Madrid) at the annual Conference of the Center for the study of European Contract Law in Amsterdam.
