Otto Mønsted Visiting Professorship - Jonathan Gosling

Abstract:

Professor Gosling is a central figure in the field of leadership studies worldwide and has a broad interdisciplinary and entrepreneurial background in both academia and practice. Professor Gosling's presence would support the establishment of the Research Initiative on Leadership and Organization Development and would also contribute to leadership teaching in several CBS contexts, including the course on Leadership and Communication in the Masters Program in Business Administration and Organizational Communication.
