David Pinkus and Marlene Koch awarded €5,000 each from The Pensions Scholarship Trust

PhD students David Pinkus and Marlene Koch have each been awarded €5,000 from The Pensions Scholarship Trust for their PhD studies.

Congratulations to PhD Students David Pinkus and Marlene Koch, who have each received a grant of €5,000 from The Pensions Scholarship Trust in support of their PhD studies.

David Pinkus is a third year PhD student at the Pension Research Centre (PeRCent) and the Department of Economics at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He is supervised by Professor and PeRCent member Roel Beetsma from University of Amsterdam, Professor and PeRCent Director Svend E. Hougaard Jensen from CBS and Dario Pozzoli from CBS.
Marlene Koch is a fourth year PhD Student at University of Konstanz and is supervised by Associate Professors and PeRCent members Marcel Fischer from University of Konstanz and CBS and Bjarne Astrup Jensen from CBS as well. Marlene Koch’s award will be used mainly for travelling to Denmark to continue her research and collaboration with Bjarne Astrup Jensen at CBS and PeRCent.

The Pensions Scholarship Trust (PST) aims to further study and research into the area of pensions and retirement income provision at universities across Europe. Each year they present Five Grants of €5,000 to students undertaking their PhD studies and research at universities in Denmark, Germany, Turkey and the UK.
