Recently, the CEMS Responsible Global Leadership Seminar took place at Copenhagen Business School.

Andreas Rasche, Kai Hockerts, and Kristjan Jespersen, as well as the Danish Red Cross, the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC, Novo Nordisk and NEPCon, Preferred by Nature contributed to the multi-angle perspective on NGO-business relations.

During the two-day workshop, the current cohort of CEMSies discussed the benefits and challenges of partnerships between NGOs and businesses, as well as their contribution to fighting global challenges. Embedded in the Sustainable Development Goals (# 17), capacity building through multi-stakeholder collaboration is a tangible way to contribute to a more sustainable future, but requires deliberate management practices. The seminar days consisted of a mix of lectures, group work and live cases in an exploratory and relaxed atmosphere.
