HCA Group at CRANET 2016

HCA Group's Professor Dana Minbaeva and Pete Jaworski, Director for Global Mobility and HR Analytics at Novo Nordisk will be facilitating the workshop: “Building a Credible Human Capital Analytics: Best Practices and Pitfalls to Avoid.” at this year's CRANET conference.

Tuesday, September 6, 2016 - 10:45 to 12:00
Research shows that companies that use data only for reporting are at a significant disadvantage as companies that use HR data analytically achieve higher organizational performance, have higher than average stock returns, more effective HR practices and more credible HR teams. Yet, majorities of companies in Denmark have struggled to move from operational reporting to human capital analytics (HCA).

Why are companies stuck at operational reporting? How to establish a credible HCA function and demonstrate its value? And exactly what should be done? This session will deliver some tips and strategies for building your own comprehensive HCA function and provide you with inspiration for future HCA projects. The session will also contain a “live” case from Novo Nordisk with Pete Jaworski, Director for Global Mobility and HR Analytics, sharing his experience with HR analytics journey in his company.
