One Standard for Student Excellence (En Standard for Elevdygtighed)
Abstract:
This project investigates how the adaptive algorithm in national tests (NT) constructs a standard of student excellence and how this standard is utilized in goal and effect management. By examining how NT are interpreted and negotiated in the principals’ relations to municipalities and to teachers, the project will point to the forms of capacity building necessary to realize the potential within data-informed leadership as it sits in tension between accountability and a formative data culture.
