Public-Private Partnerships - Scandinavian Experiences. A Research Seminar
In recent years, a new trend in public policy and management can be observed which is often presented as an alternative to marketization of earlier decades: Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). PPP’s can loosely be defined as “
co-operation of some sort of durability between public and private actors in which they jointly develop products and services and share risks, costs and resource which are connected with these products” (Van Ham & Koppenjan, 2001, 598).
This research seminar aims to examine recent Scandinavian experiences with PPPs by bringing together leading Scandinavian scholars in the field.
