Professor Pushkala Prasad is Zankel Professor of Management at Skidmore College, Department of Management & Business. She was educated in India and received her Ph.D. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her research interests include: technological change in organizations, diversity and multiculturalism, employee resistance, and post-positivist research methods. Her seminar will be based on a book shortly to be published: “Crafting Qualitative Research”.
Professor Prasad publishes regularly in journal such as Organization Science, Jounal of Management Studies and Scandinavian Journal of Management.
