A new international economic order

Debate meeting with Foreign Minister Lene Espersen and chief economist Erik Nielsen

Onsdag, 15 september, 2010 - 14:00 to Tirsdag, 7 september, 2010 - 16:00

The financial crisis has resulted in a new international economic order, but what kind of international economic order?

What happens with the Euro-cooperation after the Greek debt crisis and the major budget deficits in several EU-countries? How will Denmark manage, Europe being caught up in a political and financial storm? And how can foreign politics be geared into creating new growth in the Danish economy?

Debate between the Foreign Minister and the chief economist

Denmark's Foreign Minister Lene Espersen and chief economist of Goldman Sachs Erik Nielsen will be discussing these and many other questions at a debate meeting at Copenhagen Business School on 15 September.

The audience will be given the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers. Professor David Lando from the Department of Finance will chair the meeting.
