Rituals or Reform? Scaling sustainability practices into SMEs - B Corp in the Nordics

April 19, 14.45-15.45, CBS Kilen

The role of certifications and standards in organisations’ sustainability work has been much discussed. In this panel debate we will start the discussion from the B-Corp certification, asking if it drives change in the organization or sustains status quo. The panel debate draws on a large qualitative study that aims to deepen our understanding of whether – and if so, how and in what ways the B Corp certification process produces changes in organisational routines. For the event, we have invited representatives from organisations at different stages in the B-Corp certification process and experience, as well as organisations with different experiences with the process.

Panelists:

  • Gerry Kingham, Chief Operating Officer, Skandinavisk
  • Mia Natasja Reiersen‑Møgelgaard, Global Impact Manager, Fritz Hansen
  • Claus Nielsen, General Manager, Sinatur Hotel & Conference Group
  • Frederikke Aasted, Manager, Nordic Sustainability

The session will be moderated by Kirsti Reitan Andersen (CBS) and Lovis Engel (B-Corp)
