Administrations, councils and boards fail on the web

Two thirds of government administrations, councils and boards do not offer users very good service on their websites. With sites that are super-slow and lacking the latest digital solutions the administrations, councils and boards seem to make every effort to make their services as costly as possible. This controversial characteristic may explain the results of the latest investigation on this subject by CBS. The investigation covers the digitalization of user access to more than 100 government administrations, councils and boards.
