Presentation

The role, network position, autonomy, and power of foreign subsidiaries it the point of interest for my research. Further, the integration of acquired firms, becoming subsidiaries, is analyzed. In addition, how headquarters negotiate with subsidiaries is emphasized. These areas are investigated in relation to the beer industry.
