PhD Defense: Maylis Saigot
In order to obtain the PhD degree, Maylis Saigot has submitted her thesis entitled:
At The Heart of Digital Collaboration: Navigating Interpersonal Affective Pathways in Digitalized Work Environments
This dissertation explores how technology influences how we feel and work together online. By studying how our emotions and interactions unfold in digital environments, this research uncovers new insights into team dynamics and problem-solving. Four studies dive into topics like mood synchronicity, the impact of digital tools on emotions, and how neurodiversity shapes collaborative work experiences. The findings highlight the importance of considering both the social and technological aspects of remote work, paving the way for future studies in this evolving field.
