Professor Søren Friis Hansen and Associate Professor Troels Michael Lilja have written a paper titled 'Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence: Is there a legal basis for the proposed Article 15?' in which they critically assess Article 15 of the recently proposed EU Climate Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence.
