Research in Management Learning and Education Unconference

This year's Research in Management Learning and Education Unconference will be held on June 30 and July 1 at the Copenhagen Business School Studio.

The RMLE Unconferences occur around the globe and are sponsored by the leading management education journals, the Journal of Management Education (JME) and the Academy of Management Learning & Education (AMLE), and the Centre for Applied Research in Learning, Engagement, Andragogy and Pedagogy (LEAP) at Bond University. These RMLE Unconferences are one-day gatherings that allow management education researchers to discuss the things that are important to them.

The fundamental goal of an unconference is to bring together interested, passionate, and knowledgeable people to create a forum where they share, learn, engage, question, contribute, discuss and debate about issues they deem to be important. Each participant is a contributor and all interactions take place in flexible and highly interactive ways (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unconference for more on this format).
 
In the 1.5 day unconference you will have the opportunity to:
- Share ideas about key research areas that you would like to pursue with others.
- Find answers to research questions or concerns that you have been unable to address in other forums.
- Learn from others about their experiences with research project design, development and publication processes.
- Consider issues that are emerging through recent management education research and publication.
- Meet and network in an intimate and informal setting with other faculty members interested in management education research.

At this year's Unconference, the participants are fortunate to have editors and board members from three of the top journals in the field - the Academy of Management Learning and Education, the Journal of Management Education, Management Learning, and Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education - in attendance.
