Gert Mortensen is an External Lecturer at the Department of Strategic Management and Globalization at Copenhagen Business School.
Gert holds an M.Sc. (Econ.) from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and an MBA (cum Laude) from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
Gert is a Director in BDO Corporate Finance, part of BDO Statsaut. Revisionsaktieselskab, which is one of the larget auditing and advisory firms in Denmark, where he is responsible for advising clients both locally and internationally in relation to mergers, acquisitions, divestments and funding of businesses.
Gert has more than 25 years of experience as Strategy and Corporate Finance advisor and has advised both larger and smaller Danish and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, and has been lead advisor on a number of listings of Danish companies.
