Nikolaos Kavadis (Nikos) is Associate Professor at the Center for Corporate Governance of Copenhagen Business School. Previously, he was on the Faculty at the University Carlos III of Madrid, at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a visiting researcher at the University of California, Irvine. His research contributes to the understanding of corporate governance, corporate strategy and responsibility in different countries across the world. At CBS, he teaches corporate finance and corporate governance. He has also taught courses in strategy, organizational design, and research methods. He currently serves as Editor or Editorial Board member in several scholarly journals. He has received numerous awards and distinctions for his research, teaching, and service. He obtained his Habilitation from the University of Paris-Dauphine and his PhD from HEC Paris.
