My research interests concern the relation between organization, time and digital
technology. Theoretically, I approach these topics within organizational analysis using
both classical organization theory and contemporary theories of temporality and
technology. Empirically, I favour qualitative approaches to work practices, organizations
and professions.
I am currently a PhD researcher working on a study on time management, synchronization
and digital technology in a large Danish pharmaceutical company with a global presence. I
possess previous a professional background within the medico industry.
I teach courses and supervise projects within organizational analysis, studies of work-life
and digital trends and tools in contemporary organizations. I supervise bachelor as well as
master projects.
