Invitation to seminar with Colin Price
Beyond Performance: How Great Organizations Build Ultimate Competitive Advantage
with Colin Price, Director of McKinsey’s Global Organisation Practice, London.
The seminar will be Introduced by Professor Andrew Pettigrew, University of Oxford. Signe Vikkelsø, Assistant Professor, IOA, will act as respondent.
Only a third of excellent companies remain excellent over the long term. Even fewer organizational change programs succeed. In this talk Colin Price draws on the most exhaustive research effort of its kind, as well as the experiences of an impressive array of senior leaders, to explore why excellence is so hard to achieve and sustain. In particular, Colin will argue that the health of an organization is equally as important as its performance.
Over twenty years Colin Price has advised many of the world’s largest corporations, has been a regular speaker at major events such as the World Economic Forum at Davos, and has published several books. Colin is a Psychologist and Economist by academic background. He is a Visiting Professor at Bath University and Associate Fellow at Oxford University.
