PhD defence: Esben Langager Olsen
The dissertation investigates how change management tools affect change managers in the context of change management training and Lean implementation in Novozymes. Inspired by performativity literature, the dissertation studies the tools’ design, change managers way of responding to the tools and how change managers make them operational. The dissertation considers the tools’ role in making organizational change appear in certain ways and the consequences of this for the process of becoming a change manager.
