Henrik Lando at 2nd GNLU Workshop on Research in Law and Economics

Professor Henrik Lando at CBS LAW presented at the 2nd GNLU Workshop on Research in Law and Economics for the second consecutive year. The discipline of law and economics, which studies law using principles of economics, is taking hold in developing countries. As one of the leading centers of law and economics in India, the Gujarat National Law University organized its second annual workshop on research in law and economics from 9 August 2021 to 13 August 2021. As last year, Professor Henrik Lando, who has taught a course on law and economics at Gujarat University, was specially invited to give an online talk on his recent work on `causation and incentives of multiple injurers´.
