I explore the interplay between applied behavioural science and gender studies, i.e. how developing and iteratively testing behavioural interventions can help bypass gender biases within an organisa-tional context. 

 

I adopt a mix-methods approach, combining qualitative methods, such as semi-structured interviews and observations, with experimental methods, such as Randomised Controlled Trials.
