Center for Financial Frictions (FRIC) has just published the annual highlights for 2015 and we can report on another great year in terms of research publications, research dissemination and exciting international events.

Towards the end of 2015, we had several articles accepted for publication in top journals within finance and we have been busy teaching courses directly related to the FRIC research agenda. FRIC center members were again in heavy demand as speakers, and we were invited to present FRIC research at more than 50 international universities and in 13 central banks as well as a number of other financial institutions.

In 2015, we had prominent speakers visiting us for our international events, including Nobel Laureate Lars Peter Hansen from the University of Chicago, who came to speak at the FRIC’15 Conference on Efficiently Inefficient Markets. The FRIC’15 conference also featured some of the world’s leading economists addressing issues of asset pricing, asset management and frictions in efficiently inefficient markets. We had 6 of the best new talents within finance visiting for the AQR Top Finance Graduate Award at CBS 2015 and we hosted the IF2015 Annual Conference in International Finance, where FRIC’s Lasse Heje Pedersen and Hélène Rey of London Business School delivered the keynote presentations.

If you want to know more about our activities in 2015, we invite you to have a look at our highlights below.
