Præsentation
Ann Westenholz er professor i ledelse og strategi ved institut for Organisation, CBS. Hendes forskningsinteresser ligger inden for området 'arbejdsplads demokrati' og hun har i de sidste 30 år været involveret i forskning af delvist selvstyrende arbejdsgrupper, medarbejder-repræsentation i aktieselskabers bestyrelser og medarbejderejede og -styrede virksomheder. Hun har lige afsluttet et forskningsprojekt om virksomheders deltagelse i open source software fællesskaber, og hun har startet en undersøgelse af ledelse og organisering i kinesiske virksomheder, der er lokaliseret i Danmark.
