CBS Professor in isolation for 30 hours

Professor Suzanne C. Beckmann is one of 35 people selected to be isolated in an innovation camp for 30 hours. As the only professor she and some of the heads of Danish industry and other leading people will convert their know-how into 5 concrete projects to bring better balance between women and men in top management and comities in private industry.

Danish Industry and Minister for Equality Eva Kjer Hansen is behind the project. Only 4% of the top managers in Danish industry are women and the Top Manager Camp is there to do something about that. The participants have to work non-stop, go new ways and think of creative ways that will result in concrete ideas on how to get more women to the top.

The Top Manager Camp takes place from the 9. -10. June. The concept is based on the C Bindslev Camp method, where you mix of group work, discussions and inspiration from outside. The participants have all been invited to participate and they span from the singer Anne Linnet, Managing Director of Unique Models Jaqueline Friis-Mikkelsen to Managing Director of GRUNDFOS A/S Kim Klastrup.

The participants have deadline June 10th at 3 pm where the results will be handed to the Minister for Equality Eva Kjer Hansen and Danish Industry’s Assistant Director Bolette Christensen.
