    In memory of Ole Lando

    Ole Lando passed away on April 6. He worked at Copenhagen Business School for nearly fifty years, during which time he achieved some of the highest honors of the academic legal profession. His work has deeply influenced legal scholarship in the field of contract law, mainly through the Principles of European Contract Law, a collaborative effort of leading European legal scholars sometimes referred to as the Lando Commission.

    Priya at Oxford University

    Vishv Priya Kohli, Assistant Professor at CBS Law, was invited to be a panellist at the 4th IP and Competition Forum at the University of Oxford last week. The panel that Priya contributed to discussed the topic ‘Intellectual Property and Competition Perspectives on Standard Essential Patents’.

    Podcast med Christina D. Tvarnø

    Christina D. Tvarnø har sammen med Carsten Greve og Sarah Maria Denta udgivet bogen ’Offentlige-Private Parternskaber – i juridisk og politisk perspektiv’. Bogens formål er at præsentere et forskningsmæssigt perspektiv på offentlig-privat partnerskab (OPP) på infrastrukturområdet i både dansk og international kontekst. Derudover inddrages både juridisk og politologiske analyser af OPP, til et tværfagligt bidrag i debatten af OPP.
