Join us for our upcoming "Grundfos' Pricing Transformation Journey," event where experts from academia, industry and consulting will share their perspectives on strategic pricing capabilities, pricing transformation, and monetization choices. 
Professor Giulio Zichella from Copenhagen Business School will kick off the event with an academic perspective on strategic pricing capabilities. Following Giulio, Veronika Vedlin Bræin, Head of Global Pricing Excellence at Grundfos, will take us through the company's journey from a single-person pricing team to a global powerhouse of 27 full-time employees. Learn about their transition to a systematic, cross-divisional operating model, integrating efforts across the executive pricing council, IT, and commercial organizations. Next, Christoffer Alexander Iuel from Implement Consulting Group will discuss aligning monetization choices with pricing operating models. 
 
The session concludes with a Q&A and networking opportunity, allowing for deeper engagement and discussion. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
