ISUP 2018 Welcome Day for international students

The ISUP 2018 Welcome Day for international students commence the ISUP programme with a welcome ceremony followed by a welcome dinner*

Lørdag, 23 juni, 2018 - 16:00 to 21:00

The Welcome Day 2018 is for all international students who attend this years ISUP and will begin with a welcome ceremony at Solbjerg Plads 3, 2000 Frederiksberg, in room SPs01.

For those students who have signed up and paid for the ISUP Social Programme package the day will end with the Welcome Dinner starting at approximately 5.30 pm at Porcelænshaven followed by a Welcome Party. Our Social Programme Coordinators will send more information about the ISUP Social Package and how to buy it in the beginning of June.

The program for the Welcome Day 2018:

16:00 - 16:40: Official Welcome Meeting in room SPs01
Speaker: Niels Henrik Larsen, Deputy Director of CBS International Office

16:40 - 17:00: Info on Social Programme in room SPs01
Speaker: Anders Møller, Anders Petersen & Suprateek Seal, ISUP Social Programme

17:00 - 17:30: Walk to Porcelænshaven
Guides: Anders Møller, Anders Petersen & Suprateek Seal & Social Crew

17:30 - 21:00: Welcome Dinner at Ovnhallen
Dinner for Social Program participants

21:00 - ??: Drinks & Dance at party venue
Busses will take the participants to the city where we have an official welcome party
