Waldemar Schmidt, former CEO of ISS, will donate all proceeds from the royalties of his new book "Denmark Limited - Global by Design" to a special scholarship fund for foreign MBA students studying at CBS. Schmidt’s reason for doing so: a desire to support CBS’ international strategy and strengthen its competitiveness.

“CBS is in competition with many other fine international schools who can offer their students different types of scholarships. It is natural for me to want to help CBS to be even more competitive. CBS also provided me with extensive help during the formation of the book,” Waldemar Schmidt explained.

In connection with the new book, Waldemar Schmidt will also be a speaker during the year at both CBS Executive MBA and Full-Time MBA class sessions.

Background:

Denmark Limited includes sections from, for example, Henning Dyremose, Lars Kolind, Niels

Due Jensen, Hans Skov-Christensen and Jørgen Madsen-Clausen who all have solid knowledge of Danish business potential on the global stage. The fact is, Denmark, despite its modest size, has a number of companies who are all absolutely outstanding in their individual fields.
