Leading through Wartime: Ukrainian and Danish Business Owners and Managers Exchange

Ukraine House in Denmark in partnership with Copenhagen Business School invites you to meet company leaders from the Ukrainian Family Business Network as well as managers of Danish businesses on 26.04 between 10:30-12:00 at Copenhagen Business School, Dalgas Have, in room DH.V.2.71.

Some questions we plan to address during this event are:

  • How does one lead a business resiliently during times of war?
  • How does a business manage such a serious challenge to their operations?
  • How do businesses adapt an how does the nature of work change during such an extreme crisis?

Among the speakers are:

  • Vladislav Burda, President of the Family Business Network Ukraine and founder of Redhead corporation and
  • Vladislav Moroz, Vice President Novo Nordisk Ukraine and Moldova. They will exchange views among the Ukrainian and Danish businesses.
  • Bent Meier Sørensen, Professor at CBS

You will get an opportunity to learn from their experience and ask questions that interest you during the session.
This event is organized and moderated by Nataliia Popovych, Ukrainian entrepreneur and chairperson of Ukraine House in Denmark, together with Liana Razmerita from Department of Management, Society and Communication at Copenhagen Business School.
