Philip Beske-Janssen is an Assistant Professor at the Department for Operations Management at the Copenhagen Business School. His research interests are primarily Supply Chain Management and Management Accounting, both with a strong focus on sustainability. Philip Beske-Janssen is teaching Bachelor-and Master courses.

Before joining the Department for Operations Management Philip was working as Post-Doc researcher at the Centre for Sustainability Management at Leuphana University, Lüneburg, Germany and as research assistant and acting department head at the department for International Management at the University of Kassel. During this period he also finished his PhD Thesis on Dynamic Capabilities in Sustainable Supply Chain Management. He also worked for an environmental consultancy and the European Space Agency. 

Philip Beske-Jansen is also part of the PERISCOPE project, which is funded by Erasmus+.
