My research focuses on cross-sectoral collaboration and partnerships. Particularly I investigate public-private collaboration within the education sector and the possibilities and implications of different governance models to promote innovation of public sector education.

I am particularly interested in how new forms of mutual engagements emerge across sectors between actors in practice and how new managerial and professional roles, strategies, and practices emerge in partnership organizations.

I have previously held positions in the public administration, local and central, working with consulting, project management, and analysis, and have a practice-oriented research approach.
