Carole Elliott is Professor of Organisation Studies, and Associate Dean for EDI and Development at Sheffield University Management School, UK. She is also a visiting Senior Fellow at the Centre for Unframed Thinking (CUT) at Rennes School of Business, France. She has a longstanding research focus on Management and Leadership Learning, and critical approaches to Human Resource Development.
