Jeremy Moon, CBS Sustainability Director, spent two weeks visiting the Centre for People, Work and Organizations at the RMIT University Melbourne thanks to the award of an International Fellowship by RMIT. In this visit he was able to work with his long-time collaborator, Kate Grosser (a sometime visiting fellow of the VELUX Chair of Corporate Sustainability, CBS), on the general theme of CSR and gender*.

During Jeremy’s visit, he and Kate were able to begin a new phase of research investigating corporations and sexual harassment. In addition, Jeremy gave a public lecture on ‘CSR: Ethics, Business or Politics’ and a research seminar on ‘The Meaning and Dynamics of CSR: Reflections on the Implicit-Explicit Framework’ He was also able to engage in discussions with other researchers on their PhD topics, post-doctoral research challenges, and leadership of research centres.
