Academy of Management (AOM) participation by VELUX Corporate Sustainability team

The VELUX Corporate Sustainability team was represented at the Academy of Management 2016 Conference in August at Anaheim by Erin Leitheiser and Lauren McCarthy.
Erin was the facilitator of ’Translating scholarship into practice: Which comes first: theory or practice?’ Professional Development Workshop.
Lauren presented in two professional development workshops: ‘Making diversity and inclusion meaningful in AOM: Research, teaching and professional practice’ and ‘Opening up History: Analysing the Past and its Traces through Cross-Divisional Collaborations’.
She was also a panellist in the symposium ‘Gendered Approaches to Making Sustainability More Meaningful’.
