Annette Vissing-Jørgensen, FRIC associate member, receives Danish science award

Annette Vissing-Jørgensen, professor at the University of California, Berkeley and FRIC associate member, is one of the two recipients of this year’s Rigmor and Carl Holst-Knudsen’s Award for Scientific Research

On May 30, 2018, professor at the University of California, Berkeley and FRIC associate member, Annette Vissing-Jørgensen received this year’s Rigmor and Carl Holst-Knudsen’s Award for Scientific Research.

The award is given to Danish researchers who work or have worked in affiliation with Aarhus University and who have worked on a scientific project, which has achieved at least one significant result within the researchers’ field of study.

The prize includes a cash prize of 100,000 DKK and a researcher can only receive the prize once
