LLD Ole Lando receives the ’Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation’s Award for Jurisprudential Efforts’

HRH Prince Joachim presented LLD Ole Lando with ’Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation’s Award for Jurisprudential Efforts’ at the 38th Nordic Law Meeting, which this year was held in Copenhagen.

The Institute for Jurisprudential Research in Uppsala has decided to grant this Nordic Law Award, which consists of a diploma and 500,000 Swedish Kronor, to Ole Lando for – as the motivation states: 'comprehensive and thorough writings of private international law and comparative law of great importance to the Nordic and to a higher degree the European development of law.’
