Presentation

I am an Industrial MADE PhD fellow at CBS and Novo Nordisk (https://www.made.dk/) where I closely follow the take-back program ‘Returpen’, designed to return used injection pens for further recycling (https://www.returpen.dk/). My interest lays within Behavioral Economics, Prosociality and empirical studies such as field experiments, with a primary focus is on stakeholder behavior, company collaboration within sustainability initiatives as well as design and implementation of effective take-back systems. I specialize in understanding the factors which influence human behavior and motivation, with a particular emphasis on Prosocial behavior (and tangible rewards is not an option), in the context of sustainable project development and implementations. By delving into the complexity of human behavior and motivation within sustainability, I strive to advance our understanding and contribute to the development of effective strategies for innovative sustainable practices.

Before joining CBS Cecilie worked two years in private companies within the construction industry where her main task was circular economy and development and implementing sustainability strategy. She holds a Master degree in International Business and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration & Service Management with focus on innovation, both from CBS.
