In the light of higher education
EDITORIAL CBS Entrepreneurship Platform seeks to act as an extended arm of CBS as a higher education Institution regarding research, teaching and society engagement within entrepreneurship. Dissemination of new knowledge, practices, business models and scientific discoveries is central for CBS as a higher education institution. Thus the Platform aims to boosting the quality of existing entrepreneurship programs and courses of CBS and thereby supporting CBS’ role in providing society with key novel ways of thinking business and entrepreneurship.

Copenhagen as entrepreneurial hotspot?
‘What will it take to make Copenhagen an entrepreneurial hotspot?’ This ambitious question was put to the debate when Copenhagen Business School Entrepreneurship Platform brought together actors working with innovation and entrepreneurship at the conference ‘Copenhagen – an entrepreneurial city?’ this September. The goal of the event was to inspire a debate about entrepreneurship and innovation with a focus on Copenhagen as the engine of the Danish economy and to discuss how business, industry, educational institutions and public organisations can help realise Copenhagen’s potential for creating an even stronger entrepreneurial environment.

The Baton: views on entrepreneurship
The Baton of Entrepreneurship is a feature of the CBS Entrepreneurship Platform that aims to stimulate dialogue and share insights into entrepreneurship research across the boundaries of CBS. Ten CBS researchers offer scientifically sound opinions on the topic. Each one answers the same five questions and passes the baton on to the next researcher of their own choice outside their own department. enter Magazine brings the two first batons by Toke Reichstein and Anders Sørensen.
