Diversity Column in Politiken

The platform regularly publishes a ‘Diversity Column’ in the Danish newspaper Politiken. Find the two first columns on gender quotas and paternal leave here:

Paper (selected)

Minna Paunova’s paper Who gets to lead the multinational team? An updated status characteristics perspective was selected by the associate editors of Human Relations as one of the top papers of 2017. The paper will be available for free (free access) for the month of July in Human Relations.
