Over the course of six sections, Professor MSO Sara Louise Muhr puts different perspectives on barriers for women in management. Together with journalist Trine Askholm they talk to a number of writers, researchers, managers, and cultural personalities.

The research-disseminating podcast series is based on Sara Louise Muhrs, book "Management of Gender" and is a collaboration between CBS, Djøf and Djøf Forlag.
