Masterclass in Negotiation

During a two-hour session INVERTO, one of Europe’s leading procurement and supply chain management consultancies, will host a masterclass within negotiation. You will get the opportunity to learn basic negotiation strategies and how to apply these through real life case studies. Together we will reflect on different negotiation outcomes and implications as well as how to adapt communication styles to different personality types when negotiating.

Further, you will:

  • Learn why and how the setting and preparation of consistent arguments is done
  • Understand negotiation concepts
  • Get to know tools for assessment of negotiation power
  • Gain confidence in role-plays and case studies
  • Become familiar with different personality profiles, certain characteristics and how to read them

Who can attend: All graduate students from CBS get the chance to get behind the scenes of negotiation, when we invite negotiation experts from INVERTO to host a masterclass at CBS.

Please note this masterclass is interactive, and you will be divided into smaller groups to discuss theory and exercises with other students from CBS. You do not have to have any prerequisite knowledge of negotiation in order to participate
