Onsdag, 1 december, 2004 - 14:00 to 16:45

Mini-conference arranged by Center for Knowledge Governance.

Among knowledge governance mechanisms, much attention has been focused lately on human resource management practices as means to foster knowledge creation, sharing and utilization. Issues as the above have been addressed in various academic fields such as organizational economics, organizational behavior and increasingly in human resource management studies.

The purpose of the mini-conference is to offer an interdisciplinary interpretation of the link between HRM practices and knowledge. In particular, the mini-conference will address the following question:

What HRM practices could best facilitate knowledge creation and sharing in organizations?

Participation is free and open for all. Registration and program on the website of Center for Knowledge Governance.
