Department of Digitalization
Elham is a Ph.D. Fellow and an External Lecturer at the Department of Digitalization. Her research focuses on creative crowdworking governance and work organization to add value for job providers in the form of co-creation, inbound open innovation, and absorptive capacity.
She holds a master's degree in Information Technology. Besides her academic background, she has several years' experience in the banking industry, business process reengineering, and system analysis.
