New analysis of EU'se agricultural policy in 2003

Peter Nedergaard is publishing an article in the distinguished international

Journal of European Integration. The editor of the Journal is professor Emil J Kirchner, University of Essex who is considered the "grand old man" of European research.

Through a detailed and indepth analysis of the agricultural reform in the EU in 2003 the article demonstrates how policy entrepreneur Franz Fischler played a special role through the implementation of the reform and that USA in particular were keen on having the reform carried out.  

Theoretically the article develops further the Rational Choice Instiutional Theory to also explain reform processess and policy entrepreneurs.
