Today the editors of Nordic Tax Journal, and the members of Nordic Tax Research Council are glad to present the winner of the Nordic Tax Research Council’s Article Prize 2017:

which have been elected 2016 year’s best article by the Nordic Tax Journal’s Editorial Board, for the following reasons:

By his cross-disciplinary study, replicating and scientifically testing Swedish tax scholars’ conception of international law’s influence on tax treaty interpretation, Linderfalk has greatly contributed to a constructive and important academic discussion on the key area of tax treaty law.

The prize ceremony will take place during Nordic Tax Research Council’s conference in Haikko Borgå, Finland, June 1-2.

The Editorial board would like to express special gratitude to the article authors that did contend for this prize, but that was not awarded. Your articles are of great value for Nordic Tax Journal, and we are proud to have been entrusted to publish them. Thanks!
