Præsentation

Marion Poetz er Lektor i Innovationsledelse ved Institut for Strategi og Innovation (SI) ved Copenhagen Business School (CBS) og videnskabelig direktør for LBG Open Innovation in Science Center (OIS Center) i Wien.

Hun fik sin ph.d. fra WU Wien og har været gæsteforsker ved MIT Sloan School of Management, Bocconi University og ETH Zurich.

MP er inspireret af fænomener knyttet til åben innovation, crowddsourcing og lignende emner. Hendes forskning beskæftiger sig med strategi, ledelse, organisering og problemløsning i nye former for videnskab og innovation, der er kendetegnet ved at være mere åben, distribueret, samarbejdsorienteret og demokratiseret end traditionelle modeller. Som forskningsleder i flere store forskningsprojekter administrerer hun i øjeblikket forskergrupper omkring disse emner i både Danmark og Østrig. Marions arbejde er blevet offentliggjort i førende internationale tidsskrifter som Management Science, Journal of Product Innovation Management og Harvard Business Review, der er omtalt i medier som Forbes og Inc. Magazine og har modtaget adskillige priser.

MP koordinerer og underviser på forskellige internationale master-, ph.d.- og executive-undervisningsprogrammer inden for iværksætteri og innovation. Hun er den akademiske leder af Graduate Diploma Program in Innovation Management på CBS og medinitiator på det danske SMV Crowdsourcing Lab.

MP har været akademisk rådgiver og konsulent for organisationer fra forskellige brancher, herunder nationale og internationale virksomheder og politiske institutioner. Hun har været involveret i udviklingen af ​​Open Innovation in Science (OIS) Initiativ ved Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft (LBG) og fungerer som den akademiske direktør for Lab for Open Innovation in Science (LOIS). Marion er tilknyttet Den Danske Forskningsenhed for Industriel Dynamik (DRUID), Academy of Management (AOM) og er valgt som medlem af Young Global Leaders (YGLs) i World Economic Forum (WEF).
