Dana Minbaeva er professor i strategisk og global Human Ressource forvaltning ved Institut for Strategi og Innovation og VP for internationale anliggender ved Copenhagen Business School.

Hendes forskning i strategisk international HRM, vidensdeling og overførsel i multinationale selskaber er offentliggjort i internationale top tidsskrifter som Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management og mange andre.

Professor Minbaeva har offentliggjort mere end 50 artikler i internationale peer review-tidsskrifter, adskillige bogkapitler og rapporter.

Hun har modtaget adskillige nationale og internationale priser for forskningsresultater og videnformidling, herunder den prestigefyldte JIBS Decade Award 2013.

Andre undervisningsaktiviteter
Dana er aktivt involveret i MBA og executive undervisning på CBS (København) samt i ESMT (Berlin), NIT (Hamborg), Stockholm School of Economics Russia (Skt. Petersborg) og KIMEP (Almaty). Hun har tidligere undervist steder som Kasakhstan, Rusland, Litauen, Kirgisistan, Finland og Tyskland samt været gæsteforsker i England, Irland, Australien og Canada.
