PhD defence: Poula Marie Helth
The thesis explores aesthetic aspects of leadership learning based on individual and collective experiments in leaders’ organisations and shows that leaders can transform their learning by using certain techniques, one of which is Model of Aesthetic Embedded Transformation (MAET) another is ‘Audience Wheel’.
